China Automobile Deutschland is the company that
has been accused by both BMW and Smart of
stealing designs for their upcoming cars. “Noble
and CEO cars, approved by the Chinese government,
are legal products,” is the official word from
the China Automobile Deutschland. BMW have
threatened to sue if the CAD display any of their
cars at this month’s Frankfurt Motor Show. The car
