UAE24hrs.com team drivers Mohammed Al-Abdooli,
Mohammad Al-Falasi, Khalid Al-Mutawaa, and Omran Al-
Owais successfully completed the Toyo Tires 24 hour
race at the Dubai Autodrome. A total of 90 teams from
17 countries participated in the event which started at
2 pm on Friday January 11, 2008, and ran for 24
hours. The race is a competition of endurance as much
as it is of driving skills, cars as well as drivers. The
UAE24hrs.com team took turns in approximately twohour
shifts and managed to finish in 55th place, a considerable
improvement from their starting position of
85.
