Very often we receive press releases from
car tuning companies swanking their creations.
The results are usually more powerful,
more flamboyant or meaner-looking cars.
Lately, we’ve received several materials which
were more than enough to fill this week’s issue.
We’ve spoken about how car tuning is becoming
more popular these days. Customers want to
be different and they want to be unique. And if
they have the dough, why not? I’m sure they mean
the car manufacturers no disrespect; it’s just
human nature to want change or possess something
no one else has.
In this issue you will find articles on the ENCO
550 GT based on Porsche Cayenne, the 2009 AC
Schnitzer BMW X6, 2008 TechArt GTstreet RS
Porsche 911 GT2, the 2008 JE Design Audi Q7
Street Rocket and the renowned STRUT collection.
We have also touched briefly on the 2008
Carlsson Aigner CK65 RS Blanchimont and the
2008 Carlsson CK50 based on Mercedes-Benz GL
500; the former will have a full coverage in next
week’s issue.
Hope you’ll enjoy reading about them as much
as we have enjoyed putting them together.
